1. Acceptance of Terms

By using, visiting, or purchasing products from this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Product images are for presentation purposes only and may differ in colour or combination due to image quality and monitor settings.

2. Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We may block access if registration obligations are not met.

3. Limitation of Liability

Products are offered as-is from manufacturers. We make no warranties regarding site operation, content, or product suitability. We cannot guarantee the availability in stock of all products at all times. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed via our website, phone, or email are confirmed by invoice. If you notice any errors in your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out through our partner courier companies throughout Great Britain. Standard delivery takes a maximum of 72 hours from shipment, typically up to 7 working days. During holiday periods (Easter, Christmas, national holidays), delivery may take up to 21 days plus an additional 14-day allowance. Transport costs are covered by the company.

6. Order Refusal

Orders may be declined for the following reasons:

• Insufficient stock availability
• Pricing or description errors on the website
• Customer ineligibility
• Repeated problematic exchanges
• Unjustified claims against the company

7. Returns

Customers may return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receipt without penalty. Products must be in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days via bank transfer.

9. When Returns Are Refused

Returns may be rejected if:

• Original packaging is damaged or missing
• The product has been improperly packaged for return
• The product shows signs of soiling or wear

10. Custom/Personalised Products

Custom printed or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective. Refund amounts exclude shipping costs.

11. Personal Data

Your personal data is used only for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy. We will never publicly sell customer databases. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised activity.

12. Advertising & Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for relationships or transactions resulting from third-party promotions, advertisements, or links on our site.

Any unauthorised access attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities. Conflicts are to be resolved through mutual agreement. English legal provisions apply, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of British courts.
